The 12 Record Fair part 3 is back bigger and badder, reinvented as the 12 Music Fair. With sellers selling all things music related, come one, come all to pick up some bargain bits of records, cds, studio gear, musical instruments, cupcakes.... There will also be some workshops on the day, with some stall holders and the trusty 12 residents holding court later on on the ones and two's.
