The windy city gets a taste of the European electronic festival.

Sonar Chicago is set to launch this September from the 9th to the 11th.

The event has been described as a "small- format festival" collaborating with the Institut Ramon Llull with whom they held events with in Washington and New York back in 2009.

No acts have been announced, but we have been told that they will be focusing on emerging talent in North America and Catalonia.
