i think the last time i paid any serious attention to anything was my leaving cert. anyone here knocked the likes of facebook etc on the head or never got involved with it in the first place? a total waste of time but it's like eastenders innit - comforting. is ritalin a prescription thing ?

i do a bit of twitter or facebook via the company accounts, but im not mad on them, and you cant really view much stuff on FB with a fanpage account anyway, its quite insular.

my vice is google & apple . Gmail, google docs, search, new tabs. and the mac&iphone. am finding it mega hard to control how distracting they are .

pen, paper & the aul noggin is what im trying to reduce things too, but its damn hard .

I have never used Facebook, do not own any Apple device of any kind and I don't use Google either.
