Berlin based acid/hip-hop/kitchen sink favourites are set to return with a new album this September.

The last album from the German Duo was the criminally overlooked and underrated 'Hello Mom' in 2005, which spanned a whole range of modern genres. It was loved by many, including latter-day god Thom Yorke, who included Silikon in his person iTunes playlist.

Now MDSLKTR, as their friends call them, are back with the follow-up, entitled "Happy Birthday". The respect from Thom Yorke has obviously paid off too, as one of the tracks will feature the droppy-eyed warbler on vocals. Other collaborations will feature too, including indie-rock Warp labellers Maximo Park and Franco-rap mentalists TTC who previously featured on Dancingbox from the debut album.

Another returning feature will be the veritable cornucopia of styles that the first LP relished in, as the second will include hard rap, dubstep, Eurocrunk, continental grime and tech-rap. Yes, folks, apparently those are genres.

Anyway, the sophomore effort will drop 11th September 2007 on Bpitch Control CD (and presumably vinyl) and feature the following tracks:
