DFA have announced the release of the highly-anticipated music anthology by Peter Gordon and the Love Of Life Orchestra.

This collection includes some of his own solo work and many of his collaborations including David Byrne of Talking Heads and The New York Dolls. Some of you might recognise the opening track, 'Beginning Of The Heartbreak/Don't Don't' from James Murphy and Pat Mahoney's Fabriclive 36 mix CD.

The 9-track album is set to be released on 12 October and it highlights the work and influence that Gordon has commanded over the space of three decades.
